MCRTC uses the Corelogic Trestle Platform to manage data feed access and authorization. MCRTC requires a contract on file for every agent and/or broker to whom a vendor is providing services.
We offer RESO-Certified WebAPI data feeds for Participant’s use. All data feeds are administered through the Trestle platform. Fees are listed on the agreements in Trestle and are subject to change each year.
IDX , VOW, and Broker Back-Office Data Sets
For all IDX, VOW, and Broker Back-Office data requests, please have your vendor go to https://trestle.corelogic.com and login (or create an account), then request a connection to MCRTC on your behalf. All paperwork and feed assignment is done through Trestle. The fee schedule is included in each respective contract.

Display Rules
IMPORTANT: Rules for IDX and VOW display must be followed. Display rules can be found in our MLS Rules and Regulations (see sections 18 & 19 beginning on page 22). These rules are updated annually.
Approved IDX Logo
Section 18.6 MCRTC APPROVED IDX LOGO: The MCRTC approved logo icon shall be displayed on any search result identifying another broker’s listing in a brief or thumbnail format immediately adjacent to the property information to identify the listing as a MCRTC IDX listing. The MCRTC approved logo icon shall be at least 110 by 50 pixels.

Third-Party Vendors
You may work with any vendor you wish to provide you with real estate data services. If you don’t know where to begin, MCRTC has a list of vendors who are already familiar with our data. These vendors offer many different products for your real estate business.
If using a vendor on this list, MCRTC’s one-time setup fee is waived because the vendor covers the cost. Additionally, the onboarding time is typically reduced because these vendors are already familiar with our data. (This list is subject to change at any time. Please contact the MLS Director for the most current information)
